1. To convert pressure from mBar to Pa, use this conversion:
   1 Bar = 100 000 Pa

   And for temperature:

   K = °C + 273.15
2. Your spreadsheet should like this:
   
   

3. To calculate the mean pressure use Data Analysis in Excel and select Descriptive Statistics. Select Input Range from D2 to D6 and Output Range as A9:
